My academic background is in Administrative Engineering, with postgraduate education in construction and real estate business management at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
I bring more than 25 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, retail and industrial projects. My work spans opportunity identification and land assessment through financial structuring, delivery and operational start-up.
I want to apply that experience to a wider question: how can a project create lasting value for the business, the people it serves and its environment?
